2. Services & Scope
We offer consultancy and execution services, including but not limited to:

Tone-of-voice development

Ghostwriting

Platform-specific execution

Consultations

Content creation and planning

All services are customised to your needs. Scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed in writing (via email or formal proposal) before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Invoices are issued prior to work commencing or on a milestone basis, depending on the project.

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 30 days.

Ownership of all work remains with Uncommon Growth until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
We don’t do refunds on completed work.
If you cancel a project after work has started, you’ll be charged for time spent up to that point.

Consult calls can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property
All custom content, strategies, and materials created by Uncommon Growth belong to us until full payment is received. After that, they’re all yours.

We reserve the right to showcase anonymised versions of work for our portfolio—unless you’ve explicitly asked otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities
To get the best outcome, we need clear input, timely feedback, and open communication. Delays on your side may impact delivery timelines—and that’s on you.

You agree not to use our work or strategies in unethical ways (e.g. passing it off as your own agency's internal IP, reselling without agreement, etc.).

7. Liability & Disclaimers
We do everything we can to deliver results—but social media outcomes depend on a lot of factors (algorithms, audience behaviour, external platforms, etc.).

We’re not liable for loss of income, missed opportunities, or platform-related disruptions outside our control.

8. Website Use
You’re welcome to browse and interact with this site—but you agree not to use it for anything shady, illegal, or annoying. We can restrict access if we suspect abuse.

9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of the website or services means you accept any updated version.
